Step 1 - When you have an active phone call and you receive another phone call, select Hold and Answer Call. Your active phone call is put on hold and the incoming call is answered. The first call will remain active in the list.
Step 2 - Select More, select Merge, and then choose the phone call to merge.
The original call is resumed and merged with the other call. You can view the participants in the phone call by selecting the Participants icon.

- Go to the Voicemail section , choose a message. You can listen to the message in one of the following ways:
- Right-click the message and choose Play voice message.
- Click Play in the window that opens to the right.
You can also call the person back, delete the message, or mark the message as read.

Step 1 - While on a phone call, select More and then select Hold. After you put the call on hold, your spaces list shows that it's on hold
. To go back to your held call, select it from the spaces list and then select Resume.

Step 1 - While you're on a phone call, select More and then select Transfer.
Step 2 - Enter the number or the name of the person who you want to transfer the phone call to and then choose an Audio call. Your original phone call is put on hold.
Step 3 - select Complete Transfer

Step 1 - Go to call forwarding settings
Step 2 - Select where to forward your phone calls, such as to voicemail or a mobile number. To add another number, go to forwarding settings , select Open Call Preferences.
The “Call Settings” button will turn green, until you disable forwarding.

Step 1 - Click your profile picture, choose Settings, and then select Notifications
Step 2 - Scroll to Direct Calls and then choose one of the following options:
- Don't mute notifications
- Always mute notifications
- Only mute notifications when I'm in a meeting or on a call. When you choose this option, you also have the option to Automatically decline all incoming calls while you're in a meeting.

Before You Begin
Step 1 – On Webex, click your profile picture, go to Settings > Outlook > Outlook Settings > Connect to Outlook.
Step 2 - Choose Yes in the window that opens, then OK, Close, and Save.
In Outlook, when you hover over a person's name, their contact card opens with options on how to contact them.
