Conference Call

Step 1: While on an active call, if you receive another call, select Hold and Answer. Your current call is placed on hold and the new call is answered. The original call remains in your call list.

Step 2: Select More More optionsand choose Merge. Select the call you want to merge.

The original call resumes and both calls are merged into a conference call. You can view participants by selecting the Participants icon.

Voicemail

Go to the Voicemail section Voicemail sectionand select a message.

You can listen to voicemail in one of the following ways:

  • Right-click the message and choose Play voice message.
  • Click Play in the preview window.

You can also call the person back, delete the message, or mark it as read.

Put a Call on Hold

Step 1: During a call, select More Select Moreand choose Hold.

The call will show as on hold in your spaces list On hold indicator.

To resume the call, select it from the list and choose Resume.

Transfer an Active Call

Step 1: During a call, select More More optionsand choose Transfer.

Step 2: Enter the name or number of the person you want to transfer the call to, then select Audio Audio call. Your original call will be placed on hold.

Step 3: Select Complete Transfer.
