KAUST IT Walk-In Support Desk

Location: Building 14, Level 2

Regular Hours:
Sunday – Thursday, 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM

Notes:
The Walk-In Support Desk is closed on official KAUST holidays and national holidays. No appointment is required—support is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

The IT Store offers support for personal, non-Academic and non-Business devices. This includes hardware purchases, accessories, warranty services, and limited on-site repair. This service is available to all members of the KAUST community.
