Keep Your Device Updated – Restart When Prompted

KAUST IT updates your device regularly to ensure security, performance, and compatibility. However, for updates to take full effect, you need to restart your device when prompted.

 

What You Need to Do

  • Accept update prompts on your device
  • Restart your machine as soon as possible

This applies to all KAUST-supported Windows and macOS devices.

Before You Travel
