As you prepare for your travels, do not overlook the following security tips and to amend your phone’s data settings.
Data roaming charges without a plan are extremely expensive. To ensure that your device does not inadvertently connect to cellular data streams, we recommend you carry out the change of settings explained below, prior to leaving the Kingdom.
Also note thatthird-country communication is very expensive. That means, for example if you are in Country B and calling Country C (not KSA) the rates can be above 35 SAR/min.
