IT Webinar: Collaboration Tools

The IT Department shall be hosting a webinar on March 24, 2020 starting at 10:00 AM for our Academic and Business Community. This event will cover various collaboration tools available for you to continue to excel in your academic research and daily business operations.

If you cannot join us, do not worry; we will record and share the session so you can always reference it later if you need help.

What’s covered?

  • Zoom: Zoom application can be used for Simplified video conferencing and messaging across any device.
  • Microsoft Office365: Microsoft Office as you know it and so much more. Work from anywhere, on any device, and collaborate with your colleagues.
  • Extension Mobility using Webex Teams (BETA): Extend your desk phone to your Computer or Smartphone.

What’s the agenda for our webinar?

  • The team will cover the following:
    • > 5 minutes on how to get to the system and/or download applications
    • 5 - 10 minutes on how to use high level features
  • Question & Answer session, as time permits at the end
