Formstack Best Practices

09 May, 2021

Dear Colleagues,

As we have expanded our usage of forms and digital correspondence; we have seen an increase in the number of Formstack forms, which has brought us very close to our account’s capacity in terms of the total number of forms and data storage capacity.

PLEASE NOTE: If we continue to reach our maximum capacity, this will result in increased license cost.

We have put together the below information to help ensure that we do not reach our account limits by recommending the deletion of old forms that are obsolete, used for only for testing, or no longer needed by you/your team.
