Planned Maintenance Notification

As part of our ongoing commitment to maintaining and improving the performance and reliability of our IT systems, we would like to inform you about upcoming planned maintenance to various University systems, including:

  • HR Connect - Leaves, benefits, and other features on HR systems
  • Government Affairs (GA) services
  • Business Taxi Booking system
  • Phone Billing system
  • Data Center Work Permit Application service
  • Food Request service
  • Cost Distribution service
  • Phone Request service
  • IT Asset Management and Transfer services
  • Business Case Application system
  • Facility Invoice Management system
  • KAUST websites that pull information from these systems

These maintenance activities are part of a global SAP system upgrade and will take place during late evening and early morning hours. While every effort has been made to reduce the impact of these outages, we want to ensure the community is fully informed and prepared for any temporary inconvenience.
