This is a reminder that the KAUST Visitors Management System (VMS) will undergo scheduled maintenance tonight:

Maintenance Window:
Start: Tuesday, July 29 at 10:00 PM
End: Wednesday, July 30 at 4:00 AM

Impact:
VMS will be unavailable during this time to submit new business or personal visitor requests. Expect delays with KAUST Gate Access for those entering or leaving campus.

Action Required:

• For KAUST Community Members (with KAUST ID):
  • Carry your physical KAUST ID if available.
  • Alternatively, take a screenshot of your Digital ID from KAUST Central or access it directly at vms.kaust.edu.sa/DigitalID.
  • To minimize delays, please remain on campus during this window unless travel is essential.
• For Business and Personal Visitors:
  • For urgent visitor needs during the outage, email VisitorCenter@KAUST.EDU.SA.
  • The Security Team at Gate 1 will assist with manual entry procedures.
