All services on the KAUST Portal have been restored and are fully available, with the exception of the KAUST Procurement System (SAP ARIBA).

The issue impacting SAP ARIBA is still ongoing. The team has identified the root cause and is working closely with the vendor to resolve it.

Catalog update: catalogs are back online except for a few. You may proceed with creating purchase requisitions (PRs) related to the active catalogs in the system.

We will provide further updates as more information becomes available.
