Normal access to the Conference Room Booking service on the KAUST Portal has been restored. You may now resume booking conference rooms through the portal at portal.kaust.edu.sa.
Requests submitted earlier today are being processed by the team, and there is no need to resubmit them. If you have a new request, you may proceed to raise it as normal.
We apologize for the inconvenience caused and thank you for your patience and understanding while the service was being restored.
