The following maintenance activities are planned to keep KAUST IT’s services reliable and performing well. Please review the schedule and expected impacts below.

Impact:

Several systems will be temporarily unavailable during this maintenance window, including:

  • KAUST Password Reset Website (mypassword.kaust.edu.sa)
  • Vendor Invoice Management services (VIM OpenText)
  • SAP Content Management (Document services via the KAUST Portal)
  • SAC Connectivity (analytics.kaust.edu.sa)
  • SAP GUI Connectivity to SuccessFactors and SAP Support
