KAUST Websites
When:
Thursday, January 8, 2026, 9:30 PM to 12:00 AM
Impact:
KAUST websites may be intermittently unavailable or slow to load during this maintenance window.
Action Required:
If you experience any issues, please wait a few minutes and try again.
ADFS Certificate Maintenance
When:
Thursday, January 8, 2026, 9:00 PM to 10:00 PM
Impact:
Logins to KAUST systems may experience a brief interruption of up to 5–10 minutes. Active sessions will not be affected.
Action Required:
If you experience any issues, please wait a few minutes and try again.
Internet Firewall Upgrade
When:
Thursday, January 8, 2026, 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM
Impact:
Intermittent internet connectivity interruptions may occur. Any individual disruption is expected to last no more than 10 minutes.
Action Required:
If internet access is affected, please wait a few minutes and try again.
Duo Mobile Application Update Required
When:
Monday, February 2, 2026
Impact:
Multi-factor authentication may fail if the application is not updated.
Action Required:
Please update the Duo Mobile application on your mobile device before February 2, 2026.
