KAUST’s multi-factor authentication service, DUO, is currently experiencing an issue with issuing DUO passcodes via the SMS option.
Until this issue is resolved, academic and business community members are requested to authenticate using one of the following alternatives:
Please avoid using the SMS passcode option until further notice.
Our teams are actively monitoring the situation and working with the vendor. An update will be shared once the issue is resolved.
