Impact
You may experience intermittent wireless connectivity in campus and residential areas during the maintenance windows as network upgrades are performed.
Action Required
No action is required. Connectivity should stabilize once maintenance is complete.
When
Thursday, 5 February 2026
6:00 PM to 11:00 PM
Impact
The Atempo Lina backup service for KAUST-provided macOS and Windows devices will be unavailable during this window due to a server upgrade.
Action Required
Please do not attempt to back up or restore your device during the maintenance window. Backup services will resume automatically once the upgrade is complete.
