We are currently experiencing a technical issue within the KAUST Portal.

KAUST Portal – All Student Applications Not Loading

What is happening

All student applications in the Portal are currently not loading or may display errors.

Who is affected

  • The impact is primarily affecting students.
  • Some employees may also notice certain Portal applications not loading.

What you should do

  • Please refrain from using the affected Portal applications until further notice.
  • No action is required from you at this time.

What we are doing

Our IT team is actively working with the vendor to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. We will provide another update once the issue has been resolved.
