Scheduled Maintenance: Atempo Lina Upgrade

The following maintenance activity is planned to keep KAUST IT’s services reliable and performing well. Please review the schedule and expected impact below.

Atempo Lina Upgrade

6 April 2026, all day
What is changing
The Atempo Lina application will be upgraded from version 7.0.4 to 7.3.
Impact
Backup and restore services for macOS and Windows desktops and laptops will not be available during the upgrade.

The upgrade will be completed one server at a time, so the impact may occur in stages throughout the day.
What you should do
Please avoid initiating backups or restores during this time.
If needed, plan your work around the maintenance window.
