IT Alert - Service Restored: Network Degradation in Building 9 (Level 4)

KAUST Community,
The earlier issue affecting some AV systems in Building 9 has now been resolved.
Service Restored – Building 9 AV Systems
Status AV systems in conference rooms across Building 9, as well as classrooms on Level 4, are now functioning normally.
What we did Our teams worked to restore the affected systems and bring services back online.
If you still see issues Try reconnecting to the AV system. If the issue persists, please contact the IT Service Desk for support.
