MATLAB

MATLAB is a high-level technical computing language and interactive environment for algorithm development, data visualization, data analysis, and numeric computation. Using the MATLAB product, you can solve technical computing problems faster than with traditional programming languages, such as C, C++, and Fortran.

You can use MATLAB in a wide range of applications, including signal and image processing, communications, control design, test and measurement, financial modeling and analysis, and computational biology. Add-on toolboxes (collections of special-purpose MATLAB functions, available separately) extend the MATLAB environment to solve particular classes of problems in these application areas. 

User can visit the link https://www.mathworks.com/academia/tah-portal/king-abdullah-university-of-science-and-technology-713662.html to get the KAUST associated Matlab license access. If the software is not installed on the required computer, Just click on Get software tab on the browser window. Users can download the offline installers from https://softwaresolutions.kaust.edu.sa/NewApps/MATLAB/ for ~Windows and Linux OS. For Mac OS computers please  do install it from the website directly.

In case, User doesn't have the MATHWORKS account, It should be created. Ensure to use KAUST E-Mail ID while creating an account. Once created either user can download the software and install or using Mathworks account credentials user can activate the software that associated with our license.
