Technology Computer-Aided Design (TCAD) refers to the use of computer simulations to develop and optimize semiconductor processing technologies and devices
Taurus Medici is a 2D device simulator that models the electrical, thermal and optical characteristics of semiconductor devices. A wide variety of devices including MOSFETs, BJTs, HBTs, power devices, IGBTs, HEMTs, CCDs and photodetectors can be modeled.
Synopsys' HSPICE Integrator Program promotes integration between Synopsys' HSPICE simulation solution and other EDA products.
CosmosScope turns that mountain of data into useful information. With powerful analysis and measurement capabilities, patented waveform-calculator technology, and scripting language based on the industry standard Tcl/Tk, CosmosScope offers unparalleled capability and flexibility to analyze design performance and ensure design quality. CosmosScope supports all Synopsys simulators: HSPICE, NanoSim, Saber and SaberHDL.
