This page explains how to access your KAUST alumni email and reset your password. Alumni email is currently transitioning from Google (Gmail) to Microsoft 365, and some alumni may still be on the legacy platform.
Your email prefix stays the same. Only the domain changes.
Use this section if your email address ends with @alumni.kaust.edu.sa.

The migration of alumni email accounts from Gmail to Microsoft 365 is ongoing and may take several months. If you do not receive a migration notification by June 30, 2025, please contact KAUST IT using the support options below.
