Quickly find contact details, job titles, and team structure for anyone in the KAUST community.

Needs the KAUST campus network (Uni-Fi or iCampus) or the KAUST VPN. It does not work from the residential network.

What you can find

Name and job title
Email address
Business and mobile numbers
Office location
KAUST ID and User ID
Manager and direct reports

How to use People Search

Connect to the KAUST campus network or the KAUST VPN.

Type a name or User ID into the search bar (for example, Khalid Al-Rashidi or alrashidk), then select the blue search icon (the magnifying glass).

Select a person's name in the results to open their full profile.

When you open a profile, the General tab shows the following information.

Viewing organizational details

To see reporting lines, select the Organization tab on a person's profile. You will see their manager and any direct reports.

Your profile is managed by HR

If your details are wrong or missing from the directory, contact KAUST HR to request an update. IT cannot change People Search profile data.
