The Information Technology department announces the latest update to the wireless presentation system, AirMedia 2.
You can wirelessly connect your laptop, tablet or smartphone to screens in all on-campus conference rooms.
The new update comes with the following enhancements:
- Optimized bandwidth consumption
- Best latency with real-time keyboard and mouse movements
- Enterprise-grade security
- Full mirroring with Windows®, Mac®, Android™, and iOS®
- On-screen connectivity instructions, room availability and meeting details
The AirMedia software is pre-installed on your KAUST managed machine for you to just enter the IP address (or room number) and code that are on displayed the conference room screen. Refer to the
user guide for more information.

Apple App Store or
Google Play Store.
