Calling all Information Producers and Consumers,

The KAUST IT - Data & Analytics Team is pleased to announce the launch of the 360 Degrees Assessment of Data & Analytics at KAUST on March 1st, 2022.

At KAUST, as an institution of knowledge, facts and data have always been at the very core of our being. We have already invested significant resources and efforts to bring Enterprise Data closer to people. With positive feedback and tangible outcomes, it is our mission to continue to do so in the future.

Acceleration of the use of Data and Analytics in creative and innovative ways for Decision Makers who need aggregated data and insights, to make informed decisions – is one of the key principles.

From the Enterprise Data and Analytics services provided by IT, over the last decade, KAUST’s Data Controllers / Information Producers, have been contributing significantly to use the Enterprise data to produce the information for the Executives, Managers, Decision-makers, Influencers, and the general community, from across various KAUST Departments.

In pursuit of making these services quicker and easier to use, and to use data with Advanced Analytics, Predictive, and Prescriptive capabilities, a complete 360 Assessment is being rolled out to all the relevant stakeholders.

As part of this initiative, there will be a Kickoff Meeting, Surveys rolled out, Interviews with the stakeholders will be conducted, to assess the current state of the Enterprise Data Maturity and Use.

All the current and possible Data Controllers / Information Producers are welcome to be part of this Assessment, to provide feedback and ideas for enhancing the Data & Analytics Usage and value. This assessment will run over the month of March 2022.
