We would like to follow up on our IT Alert regarding Outlook profile pictures being incorrectly displayed with photos of other colleagues. We have put together a quick 2-step guide to resolve the issue.

The first step is to ensure your photo is displaying and the second step is to clear out your laptop or desktop’s locally stored cache so that it will refresh with the correct image(s).
