KAUST students, faculty, and employees may resume using Microsoft 365 services as the impacted service degradation has been resolved by Microsoft.
This issue impacted Microsoft 365 services on a global level; however, some individuals may have experienced varying degrees of impact depending on how they were connecting and what actions they were trying to perform.

Microsoft has concluded their investigation and confirms services have been restored and the issues have been resolved for all impacted Microsoft 365 systems.
