We would like to inform you that KAUST’s secondary Internet links are currently experiencing issues. While the primary connection remains stable, community members may encounter brief delays or disruptions, typically lasting only a few seconds, as the system automatically switches between the available connections.
This issue is part of a broader international connectivity problem and is not unique to KAUST.
As a result, you may notice intermittent slowness or difficulty accessing certain external websites or online services.
Our IT team is actively monitoring the situation and working closely with the service provider to ensure it is resolved as quickly as possible.
