Please find below the planned IT maintenance activities that may affect access to IT services. Kindly review the impact and follow the recommended actions to avoid any disruption.

Application License Server Maintenance

When: Thursday, 24 July at 8:00 PM to Friday, 25 July at 4:00 AM

Impact: No access to licensed applications during this time

Action required:
Please do not open or use any licensed applications during the maintenance window.
If already in use, please save your work and close the application before 8:00 PM on Thursday.

SAP System Maintenance

When: Sunday, 20 July, from 1:00 AM to 5:00 AM

Impact: Brief slowness or temporary unavailability (up to 15 minutes)

Action required:

  • Save your work and log out of affected systems before the maintenance begins.
  • Avoid starting new tasks or transactions during the maintenance window.
  • If a system is unresponsive, wait 5 to 10 minutes and try again.
