We are currently experiencing a technical issue, and all KAUST applications that require login with KAUST credentials (Single Sign-On) are inaccessible at this time.
This includes the KAUST Portal and calls to the IT Service Desk Call Center. During this time, we are unable to receive your calls; however, you can still submit requests via the VITA Chatbot or at servicedesk.kaust.edu.sa.
Our IT teams are working diligently to restore access as quickly as possible. We will share an update once the services are available again.
