Connect Formstack to Microsoft OneDrive
If your form requires file or document uploads, KAUST IT strongly recommends enabling Microsoft OneDrive integration. Formstack’s internal storage is limited, and connecting to OneDrive ensures better scalability, security, and accessibility for uploaded content.
All active KAUST accounts have access to Microsoft OneDrive, which is the recommended storage location for uploaded files.
Important: Formstack limits uploaded files to 25MB per submission.
How to Connect Formstack to OneDrive
Follow these steps to link your Formstack form to Microsoft OneDrive:
- Log in to Formstack
Visit https://kaustforms.formstack.com and sign in with your KAUST credentials.
- Open the Form Settings
Go to the specific form where file uploads are needed.
Click Settings, then Integrations.
- Add the OneDrive Integration
Scroll through the list of available integrations, find Microsoft OneDrive, and click Add.
- Authenticate Your Account
You’ll be prompted to log in and authorize the connection to your KAUST OneDrive account. Follow the on-screen instructions.
- Repeat for Each Form
This integration must be enabled separately for each form that includes file uploads.
