Getting Started with Microsoft Forms

Microsoft Forms is a simple tool within Microsoft 365 that makes it easy to create forms, quizzes, and polls. It’s commonly used at KAUST for collecting information, running surveys, and gathering feedback across academic, administrative, and research activities.

Overview

Microsoft Forms allows anyone at KAUST to build professional forms without writing any code. It's well suited for gathering input, tracking responses, or creating basic workflows when paired with Microsoft Power Automate. Forms can be shared with others inside or outside KAUST depending on the settings, and all responses are available for analysis or export.
