The following maintenance activities are planned to keep KAUST IT’s services reliable and performing well. Please review the schedule and expected impacts below.

Formstack and Microsoft OneDrive integration for file uploads | A configuration change will improve security and permissions between KAUST Microsoft 365 and Formstack. After this change, some forms using OneDrive for file uploads may need to be reconnected. Date and Time: Thursday, November 13, 2025 – starting at 8:00 PM Impact: Forms that include file uploads to OneDrive may stop saving attachments until the integration is reconnected. KAUSTCentral 2FA Update | The option to receive two-factor authentication (2FA) notifications via SMS shall be re-enabled for KAUSTCentral next week; you will receive a push notification on the app. KAUST users: Continue to log in with your KAUST username and password as usual. If you are not connected to the KAUST Network (Uni-Fi or iCampus), you will be prompted to receive a push notification or enter a 2FA code from the Duo Mobile application on your smartphone. Dependents and Visitors: When logging in with your KAUSTCentral account, you will be able to choose to receive your 2FA code via email or SMS. option to receive two-factor authentication (2FA) notifications via SMS has been re-enabled for KAUSTCentral. |
