What is KAUST Events?

KAUST Events consists of two parts, an event management platform with comprehensive features for creating engaging events, and a mobile app that allows guests to join and engage with public or private events.

The platform offers:

• Versatile event tools: Manage virtual, hybrid, or in-person events effortlessly
• Customized registration: Build branded pages and capture attendee details with ease
• Event app: Keep all event content in one place for easy access on mobile or desktop

Getting started:

• If you’re an attendee looking to join an event at KAUST: Download the KAUST Events App on the Google Play Store or Apple App Store
•  If you’re looking to organize and host an event on the platform:
  1. Contact the IT Service Desk to set up your KAUST Events Organizer Account and Team to access the event platform portal.
  2. After your Organizer Account and Team have been created, Login to the Events Platform using your KAUST username and password and follow the instructions in the Quick Start Guide on the IT website.
