A brief interruption of a few seconds may occur on KAUST wireless networks (Uni‑Fi and iCampus) during the upgrade activity. This work is being performed to improve wireless access for Shaheen III users and resolve macOS pop‑up alert issues. Action Required

The KAUST Visitors Management System (VMS) will be impacted during the maintenance window. New business visit submissions cannot be made, and Gate Access processing may be delayed for people entering or leaving KAUST. For Business Visits - New business visit requests cannot be submitted during the downtime.
- Please submit all access requests in advance.
- For urgent visitor needs, email VisitorCenter@KAUST.EDU.SA.
- The Security Team at the Visitor Office (Gate 1) will support manual entry procedures.
