After our recent announcement earlier this month, KAUST IT engaged with faculty, students, staff, and service owners across the University to better understand how the community uses the KAUST Portal and where the experience could be improved, with a focus on service findability and navigation.

Through workshops, focus groups, meetings, and surveys, you shared what works well, what doesn’t, and what would make it easier to find services and complete everyday tasks.

We’ve listened.

Based on the feedback collected, we have developed a new Portal design prototype that aims to balance the diverse needs of our community.

We are now inviting you to attend a live demonstration of the proposed design, see how your input has shaped the prototype, and share further feedback before implementation.

Your feedback will help us identify any final adjustments needed to make the Portal easier and more intuitive to use.

Whether you participated in the earlier sessions or are seeing the new design for the first time, we’d love to hear your feedback.
