On August 26, 2026, Zoom will update the look and navigation of the account pages you see after signing in through the KAUST Zoom website .
No action is required. The KAUST Zoom landing page at kaust.zoom.us will continue to provide access to Zoom. After you select Sign in, the Zoom account pages you use to manage meetings, recordings, and settings will have an updated layout and navigation. The Zoom Workplace apps for Windows and macOS are not changing and are not affected by this update.
If you use kaust.zoom.us and select Sign in to schedule meetings, access recordings, or manage your account and settings, you may notice that some options look different or have moved to a new location.
When you visit kaust.zoom.us, you will continue to see the KAUST Zoom landing page shown below. Select Sign in to access your Zoom account.
The changes begin after you select Sign in. The KAUST landing page itself is not the interface shown in the before and after examples below.
After you sign in, the menu currently shown on the left side of the Zoom account pages will move to a new menu at the top of the page. You will also find a new menu in the upper-right corner that provides access to the Zoom features available to you.
The profile menu in the upper-right corner is also changing.
When you select your profile picture, you will find My account, where you can access your Zoom account information and settings.

The updated Zoom account pages will become available automatically on August 26, 2026.
Your Zoom account and scheduled meetings are not affected. The KAUST Zoom landing page will continue to provide access to Zoom, and the Zoom Workplace apps for Windows and macOS will continue to work as they do today.
After the update, if you sign in to Zoom through a web browser, you may simply need some time to get familiar with where certain options have moved.
