The issue affecting the KAUST-Guest and Uni-Fi Guest Wi-Fi networks has been resolved.
New devices can now connect to both networks as normal. All other KAUST Wi-Fi networks were unaffected throughout.
If your device still cannot connect, select the network on your device, choose to forget it, then connect again.
