The IT website has been restored and is now available.

We identified the issue as being related to the chatbot functionality on the IT website. As a temporary measure, the chatbot has been disabled from the IT website while we continue to address the underlying issue.

You may now resume accessing IT support through the IT website and all standard support channels, except the chatbot.
