In the meantime, to report an IT incident, you may continue to use the IT Service Center at itsc.kaust.edu.sa.

For a new IT service request, please temporarily use the General IT Request Form and specify the service you need.

Contact the IT Service Desk at 910 or 012-808-0910, seven days a week from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Walk-in support is available Sunday to Thursday during business hours.
