  • Service Desk: Call 910 or 012-808-0910
  • Walk-In: Visit our walk-in support desk during business hours (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a lunch break from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM)
  • IT Chatbot – VITA: You can log a ticket or ask a question using our chatbot, available in the bottom-right corner of this page. Off campus? Access it directly at vita.kaust.edu.sa.
