| IP Telephony System Maintenance | When Thursday, 25 June 2026, 5:00 PM – Saturday, 27 June 2026, 11:00 PM Impact There is no impact to active or ongoing phone calls. Your desk phone may restart one or more times during this window. Action Required No action is required. Restarts are brief and your phone will reconnect on its own. If you urgently need to make a call while your desk phone is restarting, you can use your KAUST Softphone in the meantime. |
