Download & Install Webex

-Step 1

If you are using a KAUST issued computer, we recommend you go   to the KAUST software center (Windows) or Self-Service Center (MAC OS); if you use a personal device, then you can download and install the application from the download page.

-Step 2

Download WebEx for Windows, Mac. Scan QR from iPhone, iPad, or Android to download it.

-Step 3

Type your work email address. Enter your KAUST username and password via KAUST Single Sign On. Webex might ask you log in again to the phone service, Just enter your credentials again. If you are off-campus, you will be prompted for DUO 2FA authentication.

You may face issues if you are on a private Wi-Fi network in the KAUST residential area! Please check FAQ for more details.

The application is ready to be used! The interface is simple and will enable you to place and receive calls, search the university directory, chat, and share files amongst other features
